We offer tracked and signed-for Special Delivery by Royal Mail (£5.95 / Free for orders above £100)
How long will my shipment take?
In general, all orders are dispatched the same or the next working day with your order arriving the working day after dispatch. In some cases, it may take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
How can I track my parcel?
After your shipment has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking code for your delivery.
Where does EF Skin Deliver?
We only ship to United Kingdom mainland addresses. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).
Does EF Skin Offer Click & Collect?
At the moment, we don’t offer a click & collect service.

Does EF Skin Offer Returns?
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase; we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return the unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange:
If the item(s) ordered are faulty or it does not correspond with the description on our website, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example, if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
How do I start a return?
Please notify us within 14 days that you wish to return or exchange item(s) prior to returning your order. You can do this by getting in touch with our team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 0203 918 3856. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request.
How can I return my order?
To return your product(s), you can either post your order back to us at EF SKIN, 2nd Floor, 103 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London W14 0QH or allow us to collect them from you. Please ensure you provide the order invoice slip in the packaging.
How much is it to return my order?
If you find no fault with the products on delivery, you are responsible for the return of the order back to us. Products must be returned in original form and packaging. We advise that you hold onto all proof of postage documentation for your reference.
When will I receive my refund?
Provided the item(s) are returned to us within 28 days of receipt, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days from the day we receive the return.
